At the moment, I offer a mobile sports massage therapy service throughout Cardiff meaning I will come to you with my super comfy massage bed!
1 hour – £35 – 10/15 min consultation and 45/50 min massage
45 mins – £30 – 10/15 min consultation and 30/35 min massage
Packages
These packages are ideal for people that have signed up for an event or competition and want regular sports massage to complement their training. This can include maintenance massage whilst training, pre-event massage during last minute preparation for the event and also post event massage to aid recovery.
6 hour-long massage sessions – £195
10 hour-long massage sessions – £300
