My name is Sian and I am a Personal Trainer based in Cardiff. I qualified as Master Personal Trainer from the European Institute of Fitness at Lilleshall National Sports Institute, Shropshire in 2012. My mission is to help people in the Cardiff area increase their strength, their cardiovascular fitness, and help them lose weight and maintain a happier and healthier life through exercise and lifestyle coaching. I offer a personalised service to help each client achieve their individual goals.
I decided to study personal training to help others transform their lives after having struggled for years myself to lead a healthy lifestyle. I was overweight, unfit and extremely unhealthy throughout my twenties, I had a terrible relationship with food and alcohol and would comfort eat and drink on a daily basis. I made a complete lifestyle change a couple of years ago and am now happier, healthier and fitter than ever! Having realised what a massive difference a healthy diet, exercise and sleep had on my mood, my energy levels, my productivity and my overall happiness I decided that I wanted to share my knowledge with others!

I offer both studio based and mobile personal training throughout the Cardiff area. I can therefore train you in the gym, in the comfort of your own home, garden, workplace or a nearby park.
I work at the Cardiff Personal Training studio in Maindy, this is a fully equipped gym dedicated to personal training.

As a personal trainer I aim to make each session challenging as well as enjoyable so that you have fun as well as working hard towards your goals.
I offer one on one training as well as partner and group PT so there is something here to suit all goals and budgets.
I always offer a free consultation to begin with so that we can meet and chat about your fitness levels, your goals and your nutrition. During this time, I will also assess your posture and offer advice on how you can improve this with exercise, mobility and stretching techniques. This will help with your overall fitness and injury prevention. I can also take measurements and body compositions at this time which is a great way to track your progress.
One of the most important things to remember when trying to lose weight or improve your health and fitness is that you will need to make changes to your nutrition. Exercise alone is not enough. I will help you to make positive changes to your food choices that you can maintain long term. There will be no more dieting or calorie counting, you will be re-educated about what’s good and bad and you will be able to eat good, delicious, tasty natural foods that will help you maintain a healthy weight for the rest of your life!
