What to Expect
If you are new to exercise and fitness, if you haven’t done any exercise in a while, or if you are struggling to get the results you want at the gym you have come to the right person!
Personal Training at Calon Lan Personal Training is motivating, encouraging and inspiring. Whatever your fitness levels it is my aim to help you achieve your goals whether you want to lose weight, increase your strength and fitness, get back into your skinny jeans, run your first 5k or even run a marathon!
I will give you a full fitness assessment during the consultation and I will put together a programme specifically to match your ability and to help you reach your goals.
Please don’t be put off if you are new to exercise, I am here to support you and help you overcome your fitness and exercise fears! There isn’t any military style shouting at Calon Lan Personal Training, I treat every client as an individual and encourage them to keep going through the session so that they achieve as much as possible during our hour together.
I want to be honest with you, Personal Training will be tough! – particularly if you haven’t exercised before or for a while. You will need to work hard to get results but I am here to help you and encourage you to perform to the best of your ability. You will find that although it will be tough at first the sessions will be fun and you will really enjoy them.
